Ordering

You may order yarns, color cards, and equipment and supplies by visiting our showroom at the mailing address shown below every page of this web site, by telephoning or faxing the numbers below, or e-mailing your request.  

Yarn and Color Card Orders:  

Yarn: NAME, ITEM NUMBER, and COLOR, approximate AMOUNT NEEDED, the PRICE per pound. 

Color Cards: Indicate the web page name and the CARD'S POSITION in the image you are referring to.

Equipment and Supply Orders: The NAME of the item, the MAKE and MODEL of your equipment (if relevant to the order), QUANTITY NEEDED, and PRICE.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

At this time, we do not have a toll-free order line available.

ADDITIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION

CREDIT CARD ORDERS:  We don't accept American Express.  You may use your Visa or MasterCard for credit purchases.

SHIPPING COSTS:  Shipping the first pound or less is $4.95, thereafter its $.70 /lb.
